About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Inside Sales / Digital Relationship Manager to drive customer engagement, manage digital leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling sales conversations over calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other digital platforms while achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through digital channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
Required Skills Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / Relationship Management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in handling digital sales channels (Calls, WhatsApp, Email, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and customer lifecycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Health Insurance / BFSI / Fintech / EdTech / SaaS sales
- Prior experience in digital lead conversion
- CRM knowledge (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, etc.)
