Creator\/Influencer Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and maintain a pipeline of content creators aligned with the brand's voice and target audience using relevant tools, hashtags, and community insights.
• Initiate personalized outreach via DMs, emails, and calls, crafting compelling pitches to generate interest and engagement.
• Guide creators through the onboarding process, ensuring timely completion of documentation and a smooth setup experience.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with newly onboarded creators to support long-term collaboration and retention.
• Monitor Instagram trends, content formats, and creator categories to inform acquisition strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and onboarding activities, and deliver regular performance reports.
