As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Information Technology Sales Specialist to support our sales pipeline, manage client communications, and drive enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting:
Proactively engage with leads via social media, email, and CRM to book 1:1 consultation calls.
Sales Call Support:
Join sales/strategy calls, take detailed notes, and provide support with objection handling and follow-up tasks.
Client Communication:
Write and send professional, well-crafted emails to leads and clients. Follow up on queries and move them along the sales pipeline.
CRM & Funnel Management:
Use and manage tools for automation, lead tracking, and communication workflows.
Objection Handling:
Confidently address client concerns during or after sales calls and provide clear, reassuring responses aligned with our programme benefits.
Pipeline Reporting:
Update progress regularly, track leads, conversions, and follow-up schedules.
Website Support (Optional Bonus):
Assist with managing landing pages, updating copy, or basic troubleshooting (not a core requirement, but a plus).
