Job Description

ProManage IT Solutions is looking for a highly driven Information Technology Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand IT services and can confidently generate leads, drive client conversations, and close high-value opportunities for web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and qualify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and freelancing platforms.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of domestic and international leads.

Research industries, decision-makers, and business opportunities aligned with company services.

2. Client Engagement & Consultation

Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business goals.

Present ProManage's services clearly and consultatively to clients (Web, App, SEO, UI/UX, Digital Marketing).

Address client queries, share relevant case studies, and guide them toward suitable solutions.

3. Proposal Development & Negotiation

Collaborate with the project and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and SOWs.

Explain scope, timelines, and pricing to clients in a confident and structured manner.

Manage negotiation and final closure of deals with a professional and strategic approach.

4. Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management

Maintain all leads, conversations, and updates in CRM/lead sheets.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Work with management to refine sales approaches and target new markets.

5. Account Management & Handover

Ensure smooth post-sales handover to the Project Manager with complete documentation.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and upselling.

Follow up on client satisfaction and identify potential expansion opportunities.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong English communication and client-facing confidence

Ability to simplify and explain technical services to non-technical clients

Experience generating leads through LinkedIn and outreach platforms

Understanding of IT services like websites, apps, SEO, and digital marketing

Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills

Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple leads

Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus

Experience & Qualifications

14 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development preferred

Freshers with excellent communication may also be considered

BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA (Marketing/IT), or related fields
