Role Overview

We are a growing startup passionate about driving digital transformation through innovative IT solutions. As we expand our client network, we're seeking a proactive and results-driven IT Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes ownership of the complete sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage and nurture North America/US region prospects via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Qualify, influence, and convert leads using excellent communication and convincing abilities.
  • Understand client pain points and map them to Graycell America's IT and ERP/CRM service offerings.
  • Present technical solutions clearly and build strong client confidence throughout the sales journey.
  • Manage end-to-end pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth coordination between client and internal delivery teams.
  • Collaborate internally for proposal creation, pricing inputs, and technical scoping.
  • Drive sales conversions up to the final budget stage, with the CEO handling final negotiations.
  • Maintain consistent client follow-ups and relationship building for repeat and referral business.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical services, especially ERP/CRM systems, to communicate value effectively.

Requirements

  • 24 years of proven Inside Sales or Business Development experience in the IT services industry.
  • Strong experience handling North America/US clients is mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of technical service domains, including ERP & CRM implementation, cloud, data, and app development.
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into opportunities and opportunities into closed deals.
  • Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and contribute within a collaborative startup environment.
