ABOUT EXCELLIS IT

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a result-driven IT Sales Executive responsible for driving sales of IT hardware products and Software development services. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 IT Hardware Sales

  • Identify and approach businesses for IT hardware requirements
  • Sell products such as:
  • Laptops, desktops, servers
  • Networking equipment (routers, switches)
  • IT accessories and infrastructure solutions
  • Coordinate with vendors for pricing and availability

Software Development Sales

  • Pitch Software development services including:
  • Business websites
  • E-commerce platforms
  • Custom web applications
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits
  • Meet potential clients and present solutions
  • Convert prospects into paying customers

 Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain records of leads and sales activities in Crm.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams
  • Provide regular updates to management

 KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

  • Revenue generated (hardware + services)
  • Number of new clients acquired
  • Conversion rate
  • Repeat business / client retention
  • Pipeline management

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 Education

  • Graduate (Any stream)
  • Technical background preferred

Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT hardware and web technologies
  • Ability to understand business requirements
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

Experience

  • 1–2 years in:
  • IT Hardware Sales
  • IT Solutions / Technology Sales
  • Freshers with strong interest in IT sales may be considered
