Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
- Build relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
