We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our HR team in Kolkata. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in recruitment. The successful candidate will support the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, while collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate record-keeping of candidates.
  • Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
