Job Title: US Technical Recruiter (Day & Night Shift)

Work Mode: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based technical roles
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), and other platforms
3. Screen resumes as per client requirements and job descriptions
4. Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability
5. Work closely with US clients/hiring managers for requirement understanding
6. Schedule interviews and coordinate across time zones
7. Ensure proper follow-ups with candidates and clients
8. Maintain daily/weekly reports and recruitment trackers
9. Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for submissions and closures

Shift Timings (Aligned with US Time Zones)

• Day Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (IST)
• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST)

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in US IT recruitment preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can be considered
• Female candidates will be given preference

Work Requirements

• Personal laptop is mandatory
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Headphones for clear voice communication
