Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Identify, onboard, and manage nano to macro influencers and creators
- Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and UGC
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, and deliverables with influencers and agencies
- Track and optimize campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Coordinate content briefs, timelines, and brand guidelines with creators
- Repurpose influencer content for paid ads, website, and social media channels
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging creators
Requirements
- 36 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing
- Experience with D2C / Fashion / Beauty / Lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, UGC, and creator ecosystems
- Established influencer / creator network
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with campaign tracking and analytics experience
