Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Influencer Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and scale influencer-led campaigns across social media platforms. The role involves managing creators end-to-end and driving brand visibility, engagement, and performance through influencer collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram & YouTube
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers (nano to macro)
- Coordinate content briefs, timelines, and approvals with creators
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and campaign terms
- Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Repurpose influencer content for brand marketing usage
- Stay updated with influencer trends and platform changes
Mandatory Requirements
- 36 years of experience in influencer marketing
- Experience with D2C / consumer / beauty / lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube creator ecosystem
- Hands-on experience in managing campaigns independently
- Good communication and negotiation skills
