As part of our expansion, we are establishing a dedicated Influencer Marketing vertical to support brand awareness, engagement, and performance-led campaigns for mid to large-scale clients.
We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager who will build this department from the ground up and take complete ownership of influencer strategy, execution, and growth.
Role Overview
The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting up, managing, and scaling CynextGen's influencer marketing operations. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creator relationship management, campaign execution, and client handling.
This is a department-building role, not a coordinator-level position.
Key ResponsibilitiesInfluencer Strategy & Department Setup
- Design influencer marketing frameworks and service offerings for CynextGen.
- Define influencer tiers, campaign formats, pricing structures, and deliverables.
- Develop SOPs for influencer onboarding, outreach, execution, and reporting.
- Align influencer marketing strategies with broader brand and digital objectives.
Influencer Network & Partnerships
- Build and manage a strong database of influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Identify, onboard, and vet influencers based on brand fit, audience quality, and performance metrics.
- Negotiate commercials, timelines, content usage rights, and deliverables.
- Maintain long-term relationships with influencers and creator agencies.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Translate client briefs into clear influencer content guidelines.
- Manage content approvals, posting schedules, and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal social media, content, and account teams for seamless execution.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Define and track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, CTR, and conversions.
- Prepare campaign reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Evaluate influencer performance and maintain quality benchmarks.
Client Management & Collaboration
- Support sales and strategy teams with influencer-led campaign planning.
- Participate in client discussions, presentations, and review calls.
- Handle influencer-related escalations and delivery issues professionally.
Team & Process Growth
- Hire, train, and manage influencer executives or coordinators as the vertical scales.
- Build scalable workflows to support increasing client and campaign volume.
- Continuously optimize processes for efficiency and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator-led campaigns.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and brand collaborations.
- Experience handling mid to large-scale client accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns with strict timelines.
- Process-driven mindset with attention to quality and detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital or creative agency environment.
- Exposure to performance-led influencer campaigns.
- Experience building influencer programs or departments from scratch.
- Familiarity with influencer analytics and reporting tools.
