Implementation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an Implementation Intern to support infrastructure implementation and delivery activities for our clients. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT infrastructure, network management, and enterprise solution delivery.

The role includes a 3-month probationary period designed to provide hands-on exposure to real enterprise environments. This position blends networking knowledge with technical configuration, offering a strong foundation for long-term growth in enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and configuration of Device42 ITAM solutions for clients

• Support senior engineers during project execution, network discovery, and deployments

• Understand client network environments and help translate requirements into system configurations

• Perform setup, validation, and testing during implementation

• Participate in product, domain, and process training sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CCNA certified or equivalent practical networking knowledge

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, routing & switching

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, ECE, or a related field

• Basic familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and enterprise processes

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies — VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent

• Familiarity with ITSM tools or enterprise IT platforms

• Internship or academic project experience in networking or IT infrastructure

Outcome & Growth

Interns who demonstrate consistent performance, learning agility, and cultural alignment during the probation period will be considered for confirmation as a Junior Implementation Engineer or other suitable technical role, based on skillset and business needs at Hectae Analytics.

Post-confirmation, you will work on real-world implementations and client project rollouts, gaining direct exposure to enterprise-scale network and infrastructure environments.
