Position: Infrastructure Support Engineer (Japanese Bilingual)
Language Requirement: JLPT N3 Certification (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations: Monitor and maintain server health, ensuring high availability of Windows and Linux environments.
VDI Management: Provide hands-on support for Citrix VDI environments, including session management and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Network & Cloud Support: Assist in basic networking tasks (VLANs, DNS, DHCP) and manage cloud-based resources (AWS/Azure/GCP) as per operational requirements.
Bilingual Communication: Act as the primary technical point of contact for Japanese clients, translating complex technical issues into clear Japanese (verbal and written).
End-User Computing (EUC): Resolve escalated technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices for global users.
Incident Management: Follow ITIL processes to log, track, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs, participating in bridge calls for critical outages.
Technical Qualifications
Mandatory: JLPT N3 (or higher) with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in Japanese.
OS Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and/or Linux/Unix commands.
Virtualization: Prior exposure to Citrix, VMware, or similar VDI solutions.
Networking: Fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching.
Tools: Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Splunk) and ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
