Hiring: HR Manager

We are looking for an HR Manager to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and core HR operations. This role involves working closely with business leaders, managing vendors, and supporting payroll and compliance to build a strong, people-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollout
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure smooth onboarding and employee lifecycle management (documentation, confirmations, exits, etc.)
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and support performance review processes
Act as an HR partner to managers for team and people-related matters
Coordinate with vendors for recruitment, payroll, and other HR services
Support payroll inputs and ensure accuracy in coordination with finance
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
35 years of experience in HR with strong exposure to Recruitment and HR Operations
Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on approach and ability to work independently
Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll coordination
