*Senior HR Manager*
Experience: 5–10 Years
Location: Dwarka Sector 14, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) or Hybrid
Time- 10am to 6.30 PM
Salary 45 to 65K
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across departments.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.
Manage onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee payroll coordination and ensure timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Gratuity, and Shops & Establishment Act.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Drive performance management, appraisals, promotions, and career development.
Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Manage attendance, leave, HR documentation, and employee records.
Support leadership in organizational development and workforce planning.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on experience with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Thorough knowledge of PF, ESI, Labour Laws, Payroll, Recruitment, HR Operations, and HRMS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
