1. Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Recruiter

• Experience: 5+ Years
• Industry Exposure: IT / Non-IT / Retail
• Strong experience in Bulk Hiring / Mass Recruitment
• Retail hiring experience will be preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills

2. Corporate HR / HR Positions

• Experience in HR operations, employee coordination and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Assistant Manager – Bulk Hiring

• Experience in handling bulk/mass recruitment
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring within timelines
• Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills

4. Recruitment Manager / Recruitment Head

• Experience in managing recruitment teams and end-to-end hiring
• Strong exposure to bulk, mass and retail hiring
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
• Handle bulk and mass hiring requirements
• Drive retail hiring across multiple locations and roles
• Source candidates through job portals, references, social media and other channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate shortlisting
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations and joining follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
