Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training programs. Responsibilities include fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, developing and implementing HR policies, and collaborating with senior management on workplace strategies.

• Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relationship management
• Experience with performance management, training programs, and professional development initiatives
• Skills in conflict resolution, organizational development, and change management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is advantageous
• Prior experience in the real estate or infrastructure sector is a plus
