Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, develop and implement HR strategies, manage recruitment and talent acquisition, and maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Core responsibilities include addressing employee relations, managing performance review processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and implementing employee engagement initiatives. Additional duties may involve payroll administration and staff training programs.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive understanding of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge and experience in performance management and organizational development practices.
  • Strong proficiency in labor laws, compliance, and HR policies for seamless organizational operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and implement employee training and engagement programs effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools for talent management and payroll processing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a managerial HR role; experience within a creative or content-driven industry is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
