Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee performance, coordinating HR programs, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with the company's values and objectives. The role also involves strategizing HR plans to support business goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Planning.
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Communication Skills.
• Experience in Training, Employee Development, and Performance Management.
• Understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance Standards, and HR Policies.
• Proven ability to handle HR operations with attention to confidentiality and ethical practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Prior experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a similar leadership role is preferred.
