This is a full-time, on-site position for a Human Resources Manager, located in Thane, India. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management while ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves coordinating training programs, addressing employee queries, and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.
