Job Description

Location: Bopal, Ambli Road, Ahmedabad

Qualification: MBA in HRM (Preferred)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Handle payroll coordination and salary processing
  • Conduct salary negotiations and prepare offer letters
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure statutory compliance and HR documentation
  • Manage employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Handle employee engagement and grievance management
  • Maintain HRMIS and employee records
  • Manage and coordinate HR operations for 100+ employees

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations
  • Payroll and compliance knowledge
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • MBA in HRM preferred
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience
  • Experience in managing mid-size teams (100+ employees preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
