Job Title: HR Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic HR Executive with a strong focus on talent acquisition and people operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced hiring, stakeholder coordination, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The position involves approximately 70% recruitment and 30% HR operations and engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for IT and Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand requirements and deliver quality talent
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels
• Maintain hiring trackers, talent pipelines, and recruitment reports
• Handle HR operations such as employee documentation, leave management, and HR records
• Coordinate with admin teams for office-related activities
• Support employee engagement initiatives, feedback sessions, and performance processes

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience
• Strong communication, multitasking, and sourcing skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search
