Role OverviewWe are seeking an HR Manager (Individual Contributor Role) with 4–5 years of experience to manage and enhance all aspects of the HR function independently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you.
