Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

• Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain employee scorecards.

• Track KPIs, productivity, targets, and accountability metrics.

• Create and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).

• Identify top performers and employees requiring support.

CRM & Compliance

• Monitor CRM updates and follow-up compliance.

• Audit unattended leads, missed tasks, and process adherence.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews.

• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

• Track recruitment pipelines and hiring metrics.

Onboarding & Training

• Manage onboarding and induction processes.

• Coordinate employee training and development programs.

• Monitor new hire performance during probation.

Employee Engagement & Retention

• Handle employee concerns and feedback.

• Conduct engagement initiatives and retention activities.

• Analyze attrition trends and recommend improvements.

Payroll & Compensation Administration

• Prepare monthly payroll

• Coordinate salary processing with Finance and external CA.

• Maintain compensation records and salary structures.

• Address payroll-related employee queries.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave records, confirmations, and exits.

• Ensure policy compliance and process implementation.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Implement AI and automation tools for HR and operations.

• Build dashboards and improve reporting systems.

• Drive efficiency across people processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Management, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, Talent Management, or Business Operations.

• Strong understanding of performance management systems.

• Experience with CRM systems and KPI reporting.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Comfortable working with AI tools and automation platforms.
