Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Bhubaneshwar for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage human resource operations, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company's mission and goals. Responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, compliance with legal regulations, and performance management. The manager will also act as a point of connection between management and employees, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Employee Relations
  • Experience in HR Strategy, Organizational Development, and Training Programs
  • Knowledge of Employment Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Human Resource Policies
  • Proficiency in Conflict Resolution, Team Building, and Employee Engagement
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications like PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are a plus
  • Prior experience in HR Management, ideally 3-5 years in a leadership role
