We are looking for an experienced HR Manager who can lead people operations end to end in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS startup environment.

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership role where you will drive HR strategy, internal hiring, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes while partnering closely with founders and department heads. You will play a key role in shaping culture, strengthening systems, and scaling the organization responsibly.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Own and drive end-to-end internal hiring across functions including Tech, Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build role clarity
  • Improve hiring quality, speed, and candidate experience
  • Manage and optimize ATS and recruitment processes

2. Performance Management & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead the complete performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and performance improvement plans
  • Drive a high-performance culture with clear KPIs and accountability
  • Support managers in feedback, coaching, and difficult performance conversations
  • Design frameworks for career progression and employee development

3. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee structured onboarding and ensure strong new hire integration
  • Manage employee engagement, retention initiatives, and conflict resolution
  • Lead compliant and professional offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records

4. HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Work closely with founders and leadership to support organizational growth
  • Build scalable HR processes suitable for a growing startup
  • Provide data-driven HR insights and metrics to leadership

5. Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Maintain updated HR policies and employee handbook

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment is mandatory
  • Experience working in a product-based or B2B SaaS company preferred
  • Proven experience leading internal hiring end to end
  • Hands-on experience driving complete performance management cycles
  • Experience working closely with department heads and leadership teams
  • Exposure to global stakeholders and distributed teams
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and compliance
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms preferred
  • Demonstrated career stability with meaningful tenure in previous organizations
  • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-scaling environment
