As we enter the next phase of scale, we are strengthening governance, hierarchy, accountability systems, and people processes across departments including engineering, sales, CRM, finance, redevelopment, and facility management.

We are seeking a senior HR professional who can build, implement, and institutionalise robust HR systems to support this transformation.

Role Description

The HR Head will be responsible for establishing structured HR frameworks, organisational discipline, performance management systems, and scalable workforce processes for a 100+ employee organisation.

This is a leadership role focused on building long-term systems rather than routine HR administration.

The candidate will work closely with management to define hierarchy, performance metrics, recruitment strategy, compliance standards, and cultural direction.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

Establish structured reporting hierarchies across departments

Build KPI-based performance management systems

Lead recruitment strategy across engineering, sales, CRM, finance, and support functions

Implement attendance, discipline, and compliance systems

Oversee HRMS / ERP integration and process automation

Develop employee onboarding, training, and retention programs

Create succession planning and promotion frameworks

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations

Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational restructuring

Qualifications

712 years of progressive HR experience

Experience managing 80200 employee organisations

Prior exposure to real estate, construction, infrastructure, or similar industries preferred

Proven track record of building HR systems from scratch

Experience implementing performance management frameworks

Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
