Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and talent development initiatives. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing employee onboarding and training programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, resolving workplace conflicts, overseeing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
• Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and HR Policies implementation
• Knowledge of Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and Compliance with labor regulations
• Experience in Training, Development, Leadership, and Organizational Planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in HR software and systems is an advantage
• Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus but not mandatory
