• Represent Moris Media professionally during interviews, meetings, hiring drives, and employee interactions

• Prepare HR reports, recruitment updates, employee data, and workforce summaries for management review

• Strong presentation skills and confidence in leadership-facing and candidate-facing communication

• Ability to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations independently

• Strong understanding of corporate behavior, employee handling, and professional workplace standards

• Good negotiation skills for salary discussions, offer closures, and candidate management

• Ability to work in a remote-first structure while being available for hybrid requirements when needed

• Strong documentation, reporting, follow-up, and task ownership skills

• Practical knowledge of HR policies, hiring processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management

• Mature personality with strong grooming, discipline, and professional conduct

• Comfortable working with a fast-growing company operating across 40+ countries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline

• MBA, PGDM, or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources will be preferred

• Certification or training in recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, employee relations, or people management will be an added advantage

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or HR management is preferred. Candidates must have prior experience handling hiring, employee coordination, HR documentation, internal communication, and management reporting. Experience in remote hiring, service-based companies, PR agencies, digital marketing agencies, media companies, consulting firms, or global organizations will be an added advantage. The candidate must be confident, presentable, well-spoken, and comfortable working with senior leadership and multi-location teams.

Candidate Suitability

This role is suitable for candidates who are professionally presentable, confident in communication, disciplined in follow-ups, and capable of managing people-related responsibilities with maturity. The position requires someone who can represent Moris Media's professional standards during candidate interactions, employee coordination, and leadership communication. Candidates who are not comfortable with structured communication, professional presentation, remote coordination, hybrid meetings, or travel requirements may not be the right fit for this role.

Travel & Work Flexibility

This is a remote-first role based in India. However, the candidate must be open to hybrid working whenever required by the company.
