Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager who can lead talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building teams, managing people processes, and supporting business growth through effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

• Create strong talent pipelines for leadership, sales, operations, technology, and support roles.

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.

• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.

• Manage performance management systems, goal setting, and employee development plans.

• Handle employee relations, feedback, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Plan and coordinate learning & development initiatives.

• Maintain HR reports, dashboards, employee records, and HR analytics.

• Ensure compliance with HR processes, company policies, and employment regulations.

• Support leadership in creating a high-performance and growth-focused organization.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in recruitment and HR operations.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.

• Ability to work closely with senior leadership.

• Experience in employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.

• Problem-solving mindset with ownership and accountability.

• Knowledge of HRMS tools and HR analytics preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.

• Experience in Education, EdTech, Retail, Technology, Service Industry, or similar people-driven businesses will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
