Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and talent development.
  • Build HR policies and systems for operational efficiency.

Factory HR & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end factory HR operations for foundry/manufacturing units.
  • Handle blue-collar workforce management and shift manpower planning.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, productivity, and discipline management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between plant operations and HR.

Industrial Relations (IR)

  • Maintain healthy industrial relations across plant locations.
  • Handle labor unions, wage settlements, disputes, and grievance management.
  • Conduct domestic inquiries and disciplinary actions when required.
  • Ensure compliance with standing orders and labor regulations.

Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and factory regulations:
  • Factory Act
  • PF
  • ESIC
  • Bonus
  • Gratuity
  • Contract Labor Act
  • Minimum Wages
  • Shops & Establishment Act
  • Coordinate with government authorities and auditors.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Lead recruitment for plant and corporate positions.
  • Develop retention strategies for skilled and semi-skilled manpower.
  • Build employer branding initiatives for manufacturing talent.

Performance & Learning

  • Implement PMS/KRA/KPI systems.
  • Identify training needs and execute L&D initiatives.
  • Conduct leadership and behavioral development programs.

Employee Engagement

  • Drive employee welfare and engagement activities.
  • Promote safety culture and employee communication programs.
  • Address employee grievances and improve workplace morale.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Factory HR and Industrial Relations
  • Expertise in labour laws and statutory compliance
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Workforce planning and manpower budgeting
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • ERP/HRMS knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Education: B.com / M.com /MBA / PGDM in HR / MSW
  • Experience: minimum 5–7 years in Foundry / Manufacturing Industry.

Salary up to 60 KPM negotiable based on current salary and experience.

Industry preference: Foundry / Manufacturing

Weekly Off: Tuesday
