Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: 60k per month

We are a fast-growing garment export house known for our commitment to quality and timely delivery. We're looking for an organized, proactive, and trustworthy HR Manager to support our daily office operations and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and compliance.

2. Manage talent acquisition for various departments including production, merchandising, and support staff.

3. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.

4. Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and export house norms.

5. Design and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and training programs.

6. Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave management systems.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in the garment/export/manufacturing industry.

3. Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliances, and HR best practices.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
