About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and process-oriented HR Manager to establish our HR function from scratch and make it scalable. This role goes beyond HR operations; it encompasses recruitment, policy development, performance management, employee engagement, and the creation of HR systems.
The incumbent will work directly with the Founder/Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
* Establish and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
* Lead and mentor the recruitment team.
* Formulate hiring strategies for Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Corporate functions.
* Track KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Hiring Quality.
* Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning.
HR Operations
* Standardize processes for joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
* Manage employee records and workflows within the HRMS (specifically Keka).
* Oversee attendance, leave, documentation, and payroll inputs.
* Ensure the quality of offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.
HR Policies & Compliance
* Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, the employee handbook, and internal guidelines.
* Systematize and document company processes.
* Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Performance & Employee Experience
* Design the probation review process.
* Develop performance review frameworks and KPI systems.
* Implement employee engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.
* Professionally resolve employee grievances and workplace issues.
Leadership & Strategy
* Collaborate with the Founder and Leadership Team to create an HR roadmap.
* Present HR metrics and monthly dashboards.
* Plan for future hiring and organizational growth.
* Train, develop, and lead the HR team.
Required Experience
* 5–8 years of HR experience.
* Strong experience in both recruitment and HR operations. * Experience working in a company with 100–500 employees is desirable.
* Hands-on experience with HR policies, SOPs, and process building.
* Experience with HRMS (specifically Keka or similar platforms).
* Experience working in a founder-led or high-growth organization would be an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
* Annual CTC: ₹18,00,000 – ₹30,00,000 (Based on experience, skills, and overall fit)
