Designplus Architecture (DPA) is a full-service architecture and interior design firm with 70+ professionals and over three decades of practice across residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects across India. We are now investing in our internal operations with the same seriousness we apply to our design work. This role leads that investment on the people side.
Role Description
• HR systems & compliance (HRMS, attendance, leave, audit-readiness)
• DPA's first formal HR policy handbook
• End-to-end hiring and onboarding
• Employee relations — warnings, PIPs, exits — handled with legal soundness
• Appraisal cycle design and performance management
• Monthly HR reporting to leadership
Qualifications
• 5–8 years in HR, with at least 2 years independently owning the function
• You have built something before — a system, a process, a policy that didn't exist when you arrived
• Hands-on with disciplinary processes, performance management, and Indian labour law compliance
• Strong written communication — your name goes on the policies you write
• Gurgaon based on-site
Experience in architecture, design, professional services, or a creative firm of 50–150 people is a plus
