About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber HR Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience who possesses a deep, end-to-end understanding of HR Management. This role is designed for a professional who can bridge the gap between people's operations and business success, focusing on talent excellence and client retention through effective team management.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT, sales, and corporate roles via LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

Performance Architecture: Design and implement robust KRAs and KPIs to align employee output with business growth.

Employee Retention: Partner with department heads to boost team stability, minimize turnover, and lead engagement initiatives.

Payroll & HRIS: Execute error-free payroll processing and attendance management using Keka HRMS.

Operational Excellence: Oversee 100% accurate documentation for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.

Culture & Integration: Design a seamless onboarding experience that drives immediate cultural integration and long-term loyalty.

Candidate Profile

Experience: 4–6 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and core HR operations.

Industry Background: Prior experience in EdTech or IT Training sectors is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Keka HRMS and Microsoft Excel.

Business Acumen: Ability to link HR metrics (turnover, engagement) to client satisfaction and ROI.

Attributes: Strong professional stability with a desire for a long-term career commitment.
