Role Overview

:As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing setup, be proficient in HR processes, and be capable of managing both white-collar and blue-collar employees

  • h.Design and implement effective hiring strategies and maintain a healthy candidate pipelin
  • e.Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure hiring quality talen

  • n:Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital
  • ).Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processe
  • s.Assist with daily administrative HR duties and support HR executives in routine task
  1. s.Payroll & Complianc
  • e:Manage payroll preparation by collecting relevant data (leaves, bonuses, absences, etc
  • ).Handle statutory filings (PF, ESI, PT) and ensure compliance with applicable labor law
  • s.Liaise with external agencies and government bodies as require
  1. d.Performance Management & Trainin
  • g:Support the implementation of performance appraisal system
  • s.Coordinate and document internal training and development initiative
  1. s.Employee Relations & Grievance Handlin
  • g:Handle queries and concerns from employees and provide resolutions in line with company polic
  • y.Ensure adherence to HR policies and act as a bridge between staff and managemen
  1. t.HR Reportin
  • g:Prepare analytical HR reports and submit them to management regularl
  • y.Monitor HR metrics to assess organizational healt
  1. h.Communication & Coordinatio
  • n:Act as a communication point for employees and coordinate with candidates during hirin
