ROLE PURPOSE

Own the full people function — build the hiring engine, close key roles personally, and act as the cultural nerve centre between leadership and team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

–   Design and run end-to-end hiring pipelines (referrals, consultants, job portals)

–   Personally own and close critical open positions

–   Ensure statutory compliance across payroll, PF, PT, and labour law

–   Serve as a direct link between the founding team and the broader organisation

–   Identify early warning signals on team morale, culture, and performance gaps

–   Build HR systems that scale — not just processes that work today

IDEAL BACKGROUND

–   Backgrounds in insurance, FMCG, fintech, or other high-velocity hiring sectors

–   Experience managing both recruitment and HR operations simultaneously

–   Demonstrated track record of owning hiring targets, not just supporting them
