About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen the HR function in our 150-bed super specialty hospital. The role is critical in building a professional, compassionate, and compliant workforce capable of delivering high-quality patient care. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance with labour laws, staff training, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workforce Management & Recruitment
- Plan and manage recruitment for clinical, nursing, administrative, and support staff.
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with hospital operational needs.
- Develop structured onboarding processes for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution between departments and staff.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
3. Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and healthcare employment regulations in Telangana.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and contract labour regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and employee records.
4. Training & Development
- Design and implement continuous training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Coordinate leadership development and skill-enhancement initiatives.
- Work with hospital leadership to identify competency gaps and training needs.
5. HR Strategy & Policy Development
- Develop HR policies aligned with hospital mission and healthcare standards.
- Implement performance management systems and staff engagement programs.
- Support hospital leadership in organizational planning and workforce optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources / MBA-HR / Hospital Administration.
- Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitals or healthcare institutions.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workforce management.
- Experience in training and development programs within healthcare settings is highly desirable.
