The HRBP will partner with business and functional leaders to build workforce capabilities, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regional labor laws while supporting a unified global HR framework.

This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring collaboration with diverse teams across India, Southeast Asia, and the broader APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong regional exposure, cultural agility, and a passion for enabling people success in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with APAC leadership teams to translate business objectives into HR strategies and actionable plans.
  • Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support growth and scalability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on performance management, leadership development, and employee relations.
  • Support global talent programs and localize them for regional effectiveness, ensuring alignment with both global and local business needs.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, and retention strategies in collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs).
  • Ensure compliance with country-specific employment laws and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams on salary structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation reviews.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations on workforce trends, engagement, and productivity.
  • Support global mobility, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for APAC employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1015 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a regional HRBP or HR leadership role across APAC countries.
  • Proven experience working in renewable energy or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment laws and HR practices across multiple APAC and middle east markets (e.g., India, KSA Australia, Shanghai and Israel).
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed, global organization with cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (Workday, SAP, or equivalent).
  • High adaptability, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Key Attributes

  • Strategic yet hands-on HR professional with global mindset.
  • Culturally agile and empathetic communicator.
  • Skilled in balancing global consistency with local flexibility.
  • Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and people development.
