The Role We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to take full ownership of our Talent & Culture operations. You will not merely be filling administrative roles; you will be the gatekeeper of our agency's standard. Your primary objective is to attract, onboard, and retain top-tier creative and operational talentincluding interior stylists, visual merchandisers, and project managerswhile cultivating an environment of Presidential Calm and high accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Curation: Headhunt, interview, and secure premium talent across styling, design, and operations. You must be able to evaluate a candidate's portfolio and cultural fit for a high-end design environment.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Engineer a flawless onboarding experience. Ensure new hires immediately understand the Spacestyling DNA, operational SOPs, and project execution standards from day one.
  • Culture & Performance Management: Foster a culture of rigorous creativity. Implement performance review systems that accurately measure both artistic output and operational efficiency.
  • Operational HR & Compliance: Manage the foundational HR frameworkpayroll liaison, leave management, contract generation, and ensuring total compliance with employment laws.
  • Conflict Resolution & Talent Retention: Act as the primary mediator and advocate for the team, ensuring our creative staff operates in an environment free from unnecessary friction, allowing them to focus on design execution.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: 3 to 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a creative agency, design firm, boutique architecture practice, or luxury retail environment.
  • Perceptive: You possess high emotional intelligence and understand the unique nuances of managing highly creative, aesthetic-driven professionals.
  • Rigorous: You are highly organized, process-driven, and capable of building HR structures from the ground up.
  • Authoritative yet Approachable: You can firmly enforce company policies while remaining a trusted, empathetic resource for the team.
