The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions for a fast-growing SAP SuccessFactors consulting organization. The role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, compliance, and workforce planning. The HR Manager will support business growth by ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing SAP SuccessFactors consultants and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract SAP SuccessFactors consultants, project managers, architects, and support staff.
- Partner with delivery and practice leaders to understand resource requirements and workforce planning needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines for niche SAP SuccessFactors modules and emerging skills.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and probation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee transfers, promotions, confirmations, and exits.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze retention trends.
Performance Management
- Design and administer performance appraisal processes.
- Partner with managers to set performance goals and development plans.
- Support performance improvement initiatives and succession planning.
- Monitor employee productivity and engagement metrics.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Promote organizational values and employee wellbeing.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation benchmarking and salary review processes.
- Administer employee benefits programs and insurance policies.
- Support annual compensation planning and incentive programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation practices aligned with the consulting industry.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage HR audits and maintain accurate HR records.
- Oversee payroll coordination and attendance management.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track key HR metrics including hiring, attrition, utilization, engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for leadership review.
- Recommend data-driven HR initiatives to improve organizational performance.
HR Technology & Systems
- Manage HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure data integrity and effective use of HR technology.
- Support HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
- 7–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an IT services, SAP consulting, or technology consulting environment.
- Minimum 3–5 years in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly preferred.
