About the Job:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager who can champion our People First philosophy, nurturing an environment that emphasizes work-life balance, teamwork, and productivity. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture, encouraging collaboration, ensuring employee engagement, and creating initiatives to build strong relationships among team members. This is a full-time, on-site position for an HR Manager based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee all facets of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies that align with Globals People First approach, fostering a supportive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and promoting work-life balance. This role requires a proactive leader who can balance the operational and strategic aspects of HR while building strong relationships with team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, especially in a growing organization environment
  • Bridge Management and Team relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Attract and Recruit talent across all levels
  • Manage Campus Recruitment and Global Recruitment from International Universities
  • Work closely with Founders to help them expand leadership team
  • Develop impactful strategies to attract top talent and build a robust pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
  • Design and build work culture
  • Support current and future business which is rapidly growing through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as HR manager or HR executive with over 6+ Years experience in IT / Tech Industry
  • Experience in Tech or IT Industry is a must
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • MBA or equivalent Master's Degree in HR is a Must
  • This is a Full Time, Onsite Role at Hebbal, Bengaluru and not Remote or WFH.
