Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Insnap Technologies Pvt Ltd (A Spokesly Company) located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for implementing and updating HR policies and procedures, conducting HR audits, and providing guidance and support to employees and management.

Job Description:

  • Put the organization's talent and human resources strategy into action
  • Provide guidance and assistance to HR generalists, management, and other personnel as needed
  • Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions
  • Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
  • Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
  • Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
  • Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale-boosting
  • Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
  • Championing the onboarding process by ensuring that it is high-quality and current
  • Establish and implement orientation and training programs to help with recruitment efforts and to get employees equipped for their duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
  • Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
