Overview
The Human Resources Manager will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. This role aims to enhance organizational effectiveness by developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process
- Develop and implement performance management systems
- Advise management on HR policies and best practices
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Handle employee relations issues and concerns
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR management
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations
- Proven track record in developing HR policies and procedures
- Strong Knowledge of Indian Labor Laws: Deep understanding of local labor regulations, compliance, and HR best practices in India, including knowledge of DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and other employment-related legislation.
- Tech-Savvy and Proficient in HR Software: Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar), and the ability to leverage technology for HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Preferred Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits software
