Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will manage various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to promote a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. The successful candidate will collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution, team building, and the ability to support a diverse workforce
- Proficiency in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience in employment law compliance, workforce planning, and HR strategy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are beneficial
