Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources based in Lucknow. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, the role involves developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, addressing employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also requires collaboration with various teams to align HR practices with organizational goals.

  • Skills in Training, Performance Management, and Employee Development
  • Effective Employee Relations and Communication abilities
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance regulations

  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools
  • Relevant experience and educational qualifications, such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in the real estate or financial industry is advantageous
