This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lucknow. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and organizational development. The role includes creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting management in maintaining a positive work culture. Additionally, the HR Manager will lead performance evaluations, develop employee retention strategies, and handle any necessary workplace conflict resolutions.

• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Workforce Management, and HR policies
• Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Development strategies
• Experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Performance Metrics
• Familiarity with Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR software tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
