Role DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Lucknow. This full-time, on-site role will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, strengthen workplace culture, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. The role also requires the ability to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance HR efficiency, analytics, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and performance management processes
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational standards
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with business goals
- Utilize AI and digital HR tools for recruitment, screening, analytics, performance tracking, and HR process optimization
Qualifications & Skills- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy administration
- Sound knowledge of employment law compliance and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of AI-based HR tools, automation platforms, or data-driven HR systems (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree is an advantage
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent are beneficial
