Job Description

We&aposre offering two HR internship opportunities designed to provide you with hands-on experience, skill-building, and the opportunity to be part of an innovative and passionate team.

Job Role 1: HR Operations Intern

Location: Mumbai Lower Parel

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Management:

o Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record management.

o Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

2. Employee Relations:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

o Address and resolve employee issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

3. HR Systems and Technology:

o Manage and optimize HR systems and technology to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

o Coordinate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless operation of HR software and tools.

4. Training and Development:

o Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to support employee development and compliance.

o Facilitate and/or deliver training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

5. HR Projects:

o Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new HR initiatives and processes.

Qualifications and Key Skills required:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Job Role 2: HRBP Intern

Location: Mumbai Lower Parel

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & Engagement Support:

o Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.

o Support the HRBP team in day-to-day operations and HR-related projects.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Maintain and update central trackers, ensuring real-time accuracy.

o Generate reports and insights from HR data to support decision-making.

3. Proficiency in MS Office Tools:

o Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

o Expertise in PowerPoint for creating dashboards and professional presentations.

4. Research & Process Improvement:

o Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.

o Assist in improving HR processes and frameworks based on findings.

Key Skills Required: Strong interest in HR and people management. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks while collaborating effectively with the HRBP team
